MARTOS is proud to welcome Jeny Lama, EIT as our newest Staff Engineer! Jeny brings with her a solid combination of education and engineering experience. Jeny earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology while completing two internships working on major projects throughout New York. Most notably, Jeny provided technical support for demolition engineers completing work on the Tappan Zee Bridge. Jeny further gained experience and technical skills in concrete/soil testing, continuity testing, land surveying, and plan interpretation. She is comfortable with the design and analysis of structural focused projects in both steel and reinforced concrete design including beam, girder, roof/floor deck, column, shear wall, and footing designs.
Jeny’s intelligence, academic foundation, and ability to analyze complex structures are welcomed assets for our team. Her professional trajectory is preparing her for project management and future licensing as a Professional Engineer.
