MARTOS provided structural engineering design services for the construction of a new third-story addition at this Northern Westchester home.  The addition is wood framed with a gabled roof framed structural ridge.  The roof of the existing structure was reframed to serve as the third floor of the addition.  New headers were designed at the existing second floor walls as required.
